Cancellation Policy

Please note for special request appointments, weekends, holidays or timeframes outside of online availability there will be a 20% service fee added to your service price for that convenience. There are online appointments available mornings, afternoons and evenings for planning all future appointments. Please give notice of cancellation 1-2 hrs. prior to all scheduled appointments. Please complete the full cancellation and/or reschedule of service online under your membership by logging into your online account.
